# Generalists The hired employees of elsewhere are a small group of senior people with a high level of skill and knowledge within strategy, technology and design. What makes these employees special is that their seniority means that are able to scope and run a project at any stage of our [process](/the-work/how-we-help/process.md). Any work we do from its initial inception to learning post project will have two of these employees assigned to it. These two people are responsible for ensuring quality and consistency throughout the elsewhere journey whether on a project or not.
